三片摆线轮新针摆传动系列三维造型与样机研制

摘要
本文通过对三片摆线轮新型针摆传动系列精确的受力分析,强度校核及参数的优化设计,研制了SFA45—59普通型样机并且通过了试验验证,从而建立了整个系列的参数化设计三维图库和工程图库。
     基于传统的针摆行星传动受力分析,提出了适用于三片摆线轮新型针摆传动系列的受力分析理论,并建立了三片摆线轮新型针摆传动系列力分析的数学模型,编写了受力分析的CAD软件,同时对转臂轴承的寿命进行了精确的计算。
     根据已有的理论研究基础,设计了SFA45—59普通型三片摆线轮针摆减速器,确定了主要参数。并采用先进的工程软件Pro/E进行三维实体造型。
     对SFA45—59普通型样机进行试验验证。试验结果证明样机的传动效率超过75%,达到国内优等品指标,基本达到了日本FA传动样本上传动效率为80%的传递效率。
     采用Pro/E建立了整个系列的标准零件库(Family Table),并采用Pro/E的二次开发平台Pro/TOOLKIT实现了零件图的自动装配,使装配过程一目了然。采用AutoCAD2000的二次开发工具ObjectARX的参数化绘图功能,建立了三片摆线轮新型针摆传动系列的工程图图库。
The parametrization three-dimensional construction drawing and engineering drawing of new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving were established on the basis of the precise force analysis and optimization design of the parameters of new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving;the design and experimental verification of SFA45-59.
    Based on the conventional cycloid gear force analysis,a force analysis theory which can apply to new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving was produced and an accurate force analysis mathematics model of the new-style drive was established. The CAD software of force analysis was programmed and the precise age limit of arm bearing was calculated.
    Based on the existing theoretical research,SFA45-59 conventional type three-disk-cycloid-reducer was designed and its main parameters were determined. Three-dimensional model of sample was established with the Pro/E engineering software.
    The experiment of trial product is conducted after the SFA45-59 was produced. It showed that the drive efficiency of trial product exceeded 75% domestic excellent sample and achieved 80% transfer efficiency of Japonic FA drive sample.
    All series of three-dimensional models of three-disk-cycloid-driving were established by Pro/E and automatic assembly of components was realized by Pro/TOOLKIT. The engineering gallery of new-style three-disk-cycloid-driving was established by ObjectARX of AutoCAD2000.
