交互式MCM-D版图编辑软件MCM-Editor的开发

摘要
多芯片组件MCM技术作为一种高密度封装和系统集成的有效手段,
    近年来得到了日益广泛的应用。开发具有自主知识产权的MCM-D版图编
    辑工具具有很高的实用价值。本文采用了当今流行的面向对象技术成功地
    开发出了基于PC机Windows操作系统的交互式MCM-D版图编辑软件
    MCM-Editor,在国内尚未见有类似的软件系统的报导。
     本文的主要内容包括:
     1.介绍了MCM及其CAD技术的特点和发展的现状;
     2.研究了MCM-D的工艺流程和物理设计的方法,深入探讨了业界标
    准的版图数据格式——CIF文件的结构和描述版图的风格;
     3.建立了MCM-Editor的系统模型。根据面向对象软件工程的观点,
    遵循事例驱动(Usc case driven)的面向对象系统的开发方法,借助统一建模
    语言UML和Ration Rose2000面向对象系统建模工具,参照设计模式,建
    立了MCM-Editor的Use Case模型、交互模型、类模型和组件模型;
     4.实现了对MCM-Editor模型的面向对象编程。采用了一种新的缓冲
    绘图技术来实现MCM-Editor的绘图功能;介绍了MCM-Editor中主要的算
    法思想,并在Windows98操作系统下,采用Delphi5.0可视化编程语言,完
    成了软件的编码和调试工作;
     5.给出了一个采用MCM-Editor设计出的MCM-D版图的例子,验证
    了MCM-Editor可基本满足相当于中小规模集成电路的MCM-D版图设计需
    要。
As an effective high density packaging and system integration method,
     Multi-Chip Module (MCM) technology is applied increasingly in more and
     more electronic industry fields. MCM-D layout editing software with self
     intellectual property is doubtlessly of much market value. In the dissertation, a
     new interactive MCM-D layout editing tool named MCM-Editor based on
     currently popular Object Oriented (00) technology has been successfully
     developed in Windows98 operation system.
     Such contents as following are involved in this dissertation:
     1. Characteristic, current developments and trends of MCM and it抯
     Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology are systemically introduced.
     2. MCM-D抯 general process flow and it抯 physical design method is
     investigated. Also, grammar structure of California Intermediate Format (Cif)
     as a standard in electronic industry is studied.
     3. MCM-Editor抯 system models in visual diagrams have been created.
     Directed by Object Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) methodology, such
     models as use case model, interactive model, class model and component model
     have been designed with Unified Modeling Language and Rational Rose2000.
     As a popular method to develop object oriented systems, the idea of use case
     driven runs through the whole modeling process. Meanwhile, several design
     pattern is used for reference in MCM-Editofs class model.
     4. With Object Oriented Programming(OOP), MCM-Editor抯 models
     have been coded and debugged in Delphi5.O and Windows98 operation system.
     A new buffered drawing technology is used to carry out MCM-Editor抯 drawing
     function. Main arithmetic ideas in the software are described in details too.
     5. Finally, a MCM-D layout example designed with MCM-Editor is
     provided, which validates that MCM-Editor can meet the requirement of general
     MCM-D抯 layout editing.
