基于IPC分布并行的五座标CNC结构系统设计

摘要
本文介绍了基于IPC(工业控制个人电脑)分布并行的五座标CNC(微机数
    控)系统结构组成及其控制系统软件设计。本系统采用模块化结构与开放式体系,
    具有高精度、快速响应、高效率、稳定性好等优点,而且采用外部中断实现动态
    检测与闭环控制。可运用于其他相关数控领域。
     控制系统采用了一种独特的软件结构,即将一部分插补运算从实时加工阶段
    分离出来,分放到非实时预处理阶段,形成两个相对独立的模块。非实时插补运
    算把数控源程序分离成命令信息与数据信息,并转化成指定格式分别存放在计算
    机的内存与数组中。在实时加工过程中,程序直接从内存读出命令信息,按顺序
    从数组读出数据信息,再交给智能运动控制卡完成转化为相应的控制信号来控制
    加工轨迹。
     软、硬件结合,上层软件只完成加工轨迹的格式化分段和数据分类,智能运
    动控制卡控制芯片自带的库函数实现底层实时插补。这种方法不仅提高了系统的
    实时性,而且更便于速度控制。模块化的设计也大大简化了系统软件结构、缩短
    了软件开发周期、增加了系统的通用性和经济性。
This thesis introduces designs in distribute-and-parallel five-coordinate computer
     numerial control structural system based on [PC. include it's system constructural and
     designs in control system software. This system adopts modularized structure and
     openrized system,with the advantage of high precision,high-speed response,high
     efticiency,good stability,besides adopts exterior interrupt to realize dynamic detection
     and close loop control.It can be used for other related CNC field.
     The control system adopts a new special software structrual which separates part
     of interpolate calculate out of the real-time manufacturing process,and put it into no
     real-time pretreatment phase,bring about two relatively independent mould.The no
     real-time interpolate calculate separate CNC souce code into command information
     and data information,then invert it into assigned style and put them into computer抯
     memory and data group separately.ln real-time rnanufacturing,the program read
     command information from memory and get data information from data group by turn
     then give it to the intellective motion control card(IMCC) to invert it to homologous
     control signal to control process trail.
     The system combines software and hardware, lop software only complete
     manufacturing trail's stylize section and data classified. The control chip of IMCC has
     some correlate function lib,it realize bottom real-time interpolate.This kind of method
     not only raise the system real-time capability but also control speed facilitately.The
     mouldlarize design method also predigests the software structure,reduces the time
     spend on the development of software and makes the system more general and
     economical.
