医院信息系统的应用与研究——“天卫2000”HIS解决方案

摘要
医院信息化的发展需要医学、管理学、信息技术、系统论等多种学科
的支持。尤其是随着社会的发展,人们对健康期望值的提高促使医院提供
更高水平的服务。旧的管理手段已不能适应这种要求，信息化的建设将成
为医院发展的强大动力。目前我国的医院信息化建设速度较慢，探索具有
我国特点的发展医院信息化的道路成为一个重要的课题。
本文根据管理信息系统建设的方法，分析了我国大中型医院的管理现
状，并结合国内外医院信息化建设的经验教训，找出目前医院存在的问题，
从而得到本文的切入点。然后本文提出适合我国医院现阶段发展的系统建
设方案，其后进行全面的系统分析，介绍具体的设计细节。针对处于实验
阶段的远程医疗和医学影像系统，本文提出了初步的建议方案。最后，本
文介绍了系统实施的有关内容。
本文研究工作属于天津信息港“2119程”，受天津市信息化建设专
项基金支持。
The development of Hospital information needs the support of many
disciplines including medical science, management science, information
technology and system science. Especially with the rapid development of
society, the enhance of our expectation to health promotes hospita1 to
supply services in higher standard. 0ld management systems have become
passive factors limiting the development of Hospita1, the construction of
information wi11 be strong impetus to hospitals' development. Now, the speed
of the construction of information in our hospital is slow, it is our
important subject to explore the development way of it with Chinese
characteristics.
The thesis first analyzes the management of macro and middle hospital
in China by the theory of management inforretion system .Based on the
research of success and failure of the hospital in external and internal
during MIS' construction, the thesis looks for the insufficient aspects of
current hospital and put it as the research area of the thesis. Second, the
thesis puts forth a scheme that be suit to the hospital of China in current
time as well as the total system analysis and the design' details. Third,
the thesis presents the model of Telmedicine and PACS. Finally, the thesis
introduce the content of system implement.
The thesis is part of the project of "Tianjin information 2119 ",
which is sponsored by Tianjin information development funds.
