电信动态带宽调整系统的研究与设计

摘要
随着技术进步、社会发展,宽带用户的飞速增长,宽带网络所承载的业务正从以传统互联网业务为主逐步向多业务承载方向发展,宽带接入网络必须实施网络转型以适应市场需求的变化和业务发展的需求。电信运营商在提供更高的带宽,承载更多的业务类型的同时,正在努力提供差异化、个性化的宽带服务,以迎接NGN业务时代的到来。
     BoD(Bandwidth on Demand)业务是一种可以根据用户需求直接对用户业务连接的带宽进行实时、动态调整的新型业务。通过动态带宽分配,可以将宽带业务从统一收费结构改造成按业务类型付费的模式,从而灵活地为客户提供服务,同时使电信运营商的运营成本保持在较低水平。这不仅可以扩大宽带用户群,并且通过增强用户个性化体验,可以提高每用户平均收入(ARPU)。
     本文首先介绍了BoD业务的产生和发展,提出了电信动态带宽调整系统的研究目标,然后阐述了宽带接入服务器的相关概念和原理,进行了系统的需求分析并讨论了采用的关键实现技术,最后进行了系统的总体设计,并对系统的核心部分BAS(Broadband AccessServer,宽带接入服务器)管理系统进行了详细的设计和说明。
With the progress of technologies and the development of our country, the number of broadband users grows rapidly. The business that broadband network carried is transferring from traditional Internet-based to multi-service gradually. Broadband access networks need to implement network transformation to adapt to changes of market demand and needs of business development. Telecom operators is providing higher bandwidth and carrying more types of business. At the same time, they are working hard to provide differentiated, personalized broadband services for users to meet the NGN business age.
     BoD (Bandwidth on Demand) is a kind of new business which can directly provides real-time and dynamic adjustment of bandwidth of users' business connection according to the users' need. Through dynamic bandwidth allocation, the way of broadband services charged will be changed from unified fee structure to the mode which charged by business. Thus they can provide services for customers more flexibly and meanwhile keep operating costs of telecom operators at a lower level. This not only expands the group of broadband users, but also increases average revenue per user (ARPU) by enhancing the users' personalized experience.
     Firstly, this paper introduced the birth and development of BoD business and presented the research objective of studying and designing dynamic bandwidth adjustment system for telecom. Then the paper explained the broadband access server-related concepts and principles, analyzed the system requirements and discussed the key technologies of implementing system. At last the paper discussed the overall design of the system and carried out a detailed design and instructions for BAS (Broadband Access Server) management system which is the core of whole system.
