一种新型人工表面等离激元(SSP)微波传输线的研究

摘要
本文研究了一种基于人工表面等离激元(Spoof Surface Plasmon Polariton,SSP)的新型传输线。通过使用仿真软件HFSS建立了SSP单元的电磁场全波分析模型,研究了其色散曲线并优化其参数,获得了具有优越传输性能的新型单元结构,并据此设计了具有低损耗的微波传输线。最后,对所设计的传输线进行了加工与测试,验证了结论的正确性。
This paper presents a new spoof surface plasmon(SSP) modes-based microwave transmission line. The full wave analysis model of SSP-unit is established by HFSS. To get a new unit cell which has superior transmission performance, the dispersion curve is researched and parameters of the model are optimized. A low-loss microwave transmission line is designed based on the new unit cell. Finally, the SSP-based transmission lines are fabricated and measured to verify the conclusion.
