一种应用于手持式矢网的谐波混频器设计

摘要
本文根据某款高性能手持式矢量网络分析仪中接收机模块的研制要求,设计了一种谐波混频器,工作频率范围6GHz-20GHz,本振频率2GHz-4GHz,固定中频200k Hz,其中6GHz-12GHz频段采用三次本振谐波混频方式,变频损耗小于18d B,12GHz-20GHz频段采用五次本振谐波混频方式,变频损耗小于30d B。该混频器设计特点是平面巴伦和混频二极管集成在一片陶瓷基片上,方便装配,且有利于系统的小型化。
According to development requirements of a specific high-performance handheld VNA's receiver module, a harmonic mixer with working frequency range of 6GHz-20 GHz is developed. Its LO frequency is 2GHz-4GHz; its fixed IF is 200 KHz. Third harmonic mixing is adopted at frequency band of 6GHz-12 GHz and its frequency conversion loss is lower than 18 d B. 5th harmonic mixing is adopted at frequency band of 12GHz-20 GHz and its frequency conversion loss is lower than 30 d B. This mixer has advanced design features: Planar balun and mixer diodes are integrated on a ceramic substrate; its assembly is convenient; it is conducive to miniaturization of system.
