摘要

产业结构与就业结构协调发展是区域经济社会快速、健康发展的关键。通过对普洱市2000-2015年相关数据的实证分析得知,普洱市产业结构与就业结构在较长时期内呈现非协调发展态势,究其原因主要有产业布局不合理、城镇化水平偏低、劳动力整体素质不高及传统思想观念的制约等。提高普洱市产业结构与就业结构的协调性,需要推进产业结构转型升级、加速新型城镇化进程、调整教育结构与积极扩大对外对内开放。
There is a certain incoordination degree between Pu'er city's industrial structure and structure of employment through comparative study, structure deviation degree and coordination coefficient based on related data of 2000-2015. The unreasonable industrial structure, low urbanization, low labor quality and the traditional ideas limits, which are the main factor causing uncoordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure. It is plays a key role of promoting the coordinated development to accelerate industrial structure transformation, improve the process of urbanization, adjust education structure and actively expand the openness.
