PBL+LBL教学模式在盆部会阴局部解剖教学中的应用

摘要
目的探讨PBL联合LBL教学模式在盆部会阴局部解剖教学中的教学效果。方法在普通本科临床医学专业大二学生中随机选择3个班,每班各40人,分别采用LBL教学模式,PBL教学模式,PBL+LBL教学模式,通过问卷调查,临床技能评价与理论知识成绩,比较三种教学模式的教学效果。结果 PBL组的理论知识成绩要明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),LBL组的临床技能评价要明显低于其他两组(P<0.05),问卷调查发现PBL+LBL组和PBL组在提高学生学习兴趣,解决问题能力,自我语言表达能力方面优于LBL组(P<0.05),PBL+LBL组教学满意度方面明显优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论PBL+LBL教学模式既能增强学生基础知识的掌握,又能提高学生多方面的能力,教学满意度高。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of PBL combined with LBL teaching mode in pelvic and perineum regional anatomy teaching.Methods in the ordinary undergraduate clinical medicine professional sophomore randomly selected three classes,each class every 40 people,adopt the LBL teaching modes,PBL teaching mode,PBL + LBL teaching mode,through the questionnaire and test scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills to compare teaching effect of three kinds of teaching mode.Results PBL group theory knowledge scores significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05),LBL group evaluation of clinical skills significantly lower than the other two groups(P < 0.05),the survey found that PBL + LBL group and PBL group in improving students' learning interest,problem solving ability,self language expression ability is better than that of LBL group(P < 0.05),PBL + LBL group was obviously better than the other two groups in teaching satisfaction(P < 0.05).Conclusion PBL + LBL teaching model not only can enhance students' basic knowledge to master,but also can improve the ability of the students and teaching satisfaction.
