一种无输入滤波器的宽带高效微波整流电路

摘要
本文提出运用?g/8终端短路微带线实现二次谐波抑制的微波整流电路。该?g/8终端短路微带线抵消了整流二极管在基频时的容性阻抗并且有效地抑制了谐波电流。并且二次谐波负载使得该整流电路移除了输入低通滤波器和匹配电路,结果输入频率范围得到拓展,结构和尺寸更加紧凑。理论分析和实验测试表明本设计在较大输入功率范围,频率范围内实现了高效整流。在输入功率10 d Bm~24 d Bm和频率1.5 GHz~2.1 GHz范围内整流效率超过70%。当输入功率为24d Bm时,最大整流效率为83%。
This paper presents a microwave rectifier employing a second harmonic termination by a short-ended eighth-wavelength microstrip transmission line. The proposed harmonic termination balances the capacitive impedance at fundamental frequency. As a result, both the input low-pass filter and matching circuit are removed. The results show that it can realize high efficiency with wide input power and frequency range. The measured efficiency remains above 70% with the input power from 10 d Bm to 24 d Bm and the frequency extends from 1.5 GHz to 2.1 GHz. A maximum rectification efficiency of 84.3% at 24 d Bm input power is observed.
