沈阳市供水厂出厂水中8种农药残留的检测及现状分析

摘要
建立了固相萃取-超高液相色谱-串联质谱法(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)测定水中8种农药残留的分析方法,所检测的8种农药均在5min内流出,农药标准线性良好、线性范围在0.01~1.0μg/L,相关系数r均在0.99以上(r>0.99),加标回收率均大于70%,相对标准偏差均小于9%(n=6),方法测定下限在0.015~0.112μg/L之间。利用该方法对沈阳市供水厂出厂水共计39个样本进行检测,除阿特拉津外,其它7种农药均未被检出。其中有14个出厂水中检出阿特拉津,但其含量远低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)限值。
A method for determination of 8 pesticide was established by using solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-LC-MS/MS), all 8 pesticides were out in the 5min, The standard linear is good and the linear ranges were 0.01~1.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficients were above 0.99(r>0.99), and the recoveries were more than 70%, relative standard deviations were less than 9%(n=6) and the detection limits of method ranged from 0.004 to 0.015 μg/L. They were not checked out except atrazine by using this method to determinate Although atrazine was checked out in different degree by using this method to determinate the Factory water of Shenyang water plants. Atrazine was checked out in 14 samples, But the value was well below the threshold of nathional standard "drinking water health standard"(GB 5749-2006).
