摘要

通指装备维修是保持和恢复通指装备可用度和战备完好性的重要环节,是保证部队战斗力发挥的重要因素。通指装备维修资源配置是维修活动的基础,决定着维修活动的效能发挥。本文基于资源配置相关理论及系统的思维,通过梳理战时通指装备维修资源配置流程及维修活动涉及各因素间的关系,针对通指装备维修资源优化配置问题,进行了边界条件分析,并得出了边界寻优的相关结论,为深入研究通指装备维修资源配置奠定了基础。
Maintenance of communication and command and control equipment is an important part that can maintain and restore the equipment availability and combat readiness. And it's the important factor of ensuring the combat effectiveness, too. The basis of maintenance activities is maintenance resource allocation that determines the effectiveness of maintenance activities. Based on the theory of resource allocation and the thinking of the system, first, we summarized the allocation process and analyzed the relationship between the various factors involved in the maintenance activities. Second, we analyzed the boundary conditions of maintenance resource allocation of communication and command and control equipment during the wartime. At last, we can draw the conclusion about the boundary optimization, which laid the foundation for the research on maintenance resource allocation of communication and command and control equipment.
