摘要

目的:探讨将急诊全程优化护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者中的效果。方法:选取2016.1~2016.12该院急诊收治92例急性心肌梗死患者,按护理方案的不同将其平分为常规组与研究组,人数为46例。结果:经过实施急诊全程优化护理,研究组分诊评估、静脉采血、静脉给药及急诊总时间等均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:将急诊全程优化护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者中,具备临床意义与价值。
Objective:to investigate the effect of emergency nursing care in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:2016.1 ~2016.12 selected 92 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients in the hospital,according to the different nursing programs will be divided into the conventional group and the study group,the number of patients with a total of 46 cases.Result;After the implementation of the whole process of emergency nursing,the study group evaluation,venous blood collection,intravenous administration and emergency time were better than the conventional group,P <0.05.Conclusion It is of clinical significance and value to optimize the whole process of emergency nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
