摘要

目的:分析研讨临床护理路径在老年性白内障超声乳化手术健康教育中的应用状况。方法:从2014年3月至2015年12月期间我院收治的老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者内,采用随机抽签方式选取58例纳入到此研究领域中,再次依据随机抽签法分两组研讨(29例对照组,29例研究组),对照组常规性护理,研究组接受临床护理路径方式,把两组护理结果纳入到对比讨论中。结果:研究组并发症总发生率3.45%比对照组10.34%明显要低,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度评分(89.3±1.5)分比对照组(68.7±2.4)要高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床在进行老年性白内障超声乳化手术患者健康教育时可考虑采用临床护理路径,效果显著,提升患者满意度,降低并发症,推广应用价值大。
Objective:to analyze and discuss the application of clinical nursing pathway in the health education of senile cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:during the period from December to March 2014 to 2015 was admitted to our hospital with senile cataract ultrasonic emulsification operation patients by random draw a total of 58 cases into the research field of here again according to the method of random draw points two research group(29 cases of control group,29 cases of study group),the control group was given routine nursing,study group received clinical nursing pathway,the two groups of nursing Result:into comparative discussion.Results:the incidence of complications in the study group was 3.45%than that in the control group(10.34%),and the data were statistically significant(P <0.05).The satisfaction score(89.3 + 1.5) in the study group was higher than that in the control group(68.7 + 2.4),and the data was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical nursing pathway can be considered in the health education of the patients with senile cataract The effect is remarkable,and the patients' satisfaction degree,reduce the complications,and promote the application value.
