摘要
在建筑铝合金模板开发过程中,为保证铝模板体系的可靠性,需对铝模板的强度和刚度进行设计验算。本文介绍了引入有限元仿真分析,对单块铝模板进行受力分析的研究方法,应用HyperMesh和Abaqus软件,通过确定材料参数和混凝土侧压力建立参数化模型,得到铝模板受力过程的应力分布和应变分布状况,为铝模板开发提供可靠的研究手段。
During the development of the aluminum alloy formwork,to assure reliability of aluminum alloy formwork,strength and rigid of the formwork need to be designed and calculated.This paper introduces load analysis of single block of aluminum alloy formwork by finite element analysis.Using HyperMesh and Abaqus software,by selecting material parameters and side pressure of concrete to build parameter model,the stress distribution and stain distribution are gotten during the loading of aluminum alloy formwork.
