摘要

车用CAN总线智能化电源管系统主要实现了汽车各ECU和几个主要的大功率负载所需电源管理、控制、安全保护及诊断,可防止车辆由于电器或线束问题造成火灾的安全隐患,适用于CAN总线控制技术的车辆。该系统将各ECU单元模块的供电、状态诊断、蓄电池管理、启动控制及启动保护等合理地整合到一个系统中,通过微处理器进行集中管理及控制,采用智能功率开关代替传统的保险丝和继电器,实现智能化管理、安全监控及故障诊断,提高车辆安全。
CAN-bus of automotive intelligent power manager system mainly realizes the automotive power management,control, protection and diagnosis of every ECU and large power load.It can prevent the occurrence of fire caused by electrical equipment and wire harness problem.It is used for vehicles with CAN-bus control.This system reasonably integrates the power up,diagnosis,battery management,starter control and starter protect etc.of every ECU into one system.It realizes the intelligent management,safety monitoring and fault diagnosis to improve the safety of vehicles by using MCU and adopting intelligent power switch to replace traditional fuses and relays.
