油气管线隧道喷锚永久支护经济性分析

摘要
文章以中缅石油管线博南山隧道为研究背景,考虑到管线隧道断面小、纵坡大,在采用传统复合式衬砌时严重影响施工进度和安全的特点,为进一步在油气管线隧道中推广应用锚喷支护,首先验证喷锚永久支护结构的适用性,通过工程类比法,选取合适的喷锚支护参数;通过与常规衬砌的对比,确定喷锚永久衬砌在工期和经济上的优越性,进而推广油气管线隧道喷锚永久支护结构的使用。
The research background is the China-Burma oil pipeline Bo Nanshan tunnel.The Pipeline is characterized by small tunnel section and large longitudinal slope,when using conventional composite lining it will seriously affect the construction schedule and safety.To further promote the application of shotcrete-bolting support in oil and gas pipelines tunnel,first of all,the applicability of shotcrete-bolting permanent support structure is verified through engineering analogy method,and the appropriate bolting and shotcreting parameters is selected.Then by comparing with the conventional lining,the advantages of shotcrete-bolting permanent lining in schedule and economic are determined.The application of shotcrete-bolting permanent support to oil and gas pipeline tunnel structure is promoted.
