油田用变频器谐波测试方法的探讨

摘要
针对变频技术中变频器在输入回路会产生高次谐波,目前采用的测试方法不能准确计量谐波耗电量的问题,开展了油田用变频器谐波测试方法的探讨。现以油田常用的两种测试仪器3169-20型电参数测试仪和钳形电流表为例,通过与专业的变频测试仪器FULKE434型电能质量分析仪进行对比实验,研究并分析了变频器谐波的测试方法在不正确的情况下所带来的问题。得出了如果选用的测试仪器或测试方法不正确,会使谐波产生的无功功率不能被计量,而造成节电率虚高的假现象,还会导致功率因数和电流等参数测试不准确的结果。该研究为今后变频技术评价工作的开展起到了一定的促进作用。
In the frequency conversion technology, the frequency converter can generate high-order harmonic in the input loop, but the current testing method can′ t measure the harmonic power consumption accurately.Therefore, the discussion on the harmonic testing method in frequency converter used in oilfield was carried out.Taking the two commonly used types of testing meters 3169-20 electric parameter tester and clamp type ammeters as examples in the oilfield, the problems produced for harmonic testing method of incorrect situation in frequency converter have been studied and analyzed through comparing with the professional frequency conversion testing instrument FULKE434. Research results showed that incorrect testing meters or methods could result in error measurement of reactive power generated by harmonic, leading to the illusion of high power saving rate, as well as incorrect power factor and electric current data. It can play a certain role in promoting the evaluation of frequency conversion technology in the future.
