水平井压裂防喷装置的研制及应用

摘要
水平井双封单卡分段压裂过程中,为避免压裂后井内压力高,顶喷上提管柱喷势大造成的环境污染,通常需要进行长时间放喷,针对这一问题,运用结构设计及理论分析方法,研制了压控防喷阀及防喷工艺。经室内测试和现场试验证明,压控防喷阀开关顺利、密封可靠,管柱上提过程中无压裂液及油污喷出,并且压力在1~30MPa范围内可调,通过正注和反循环洗井的操作,可实现压控防喷阀的重复开启和关闭,从而实现了层层压裂,层层防喷。防喷工艺在现场试验45口井,成功率100%,能大大缩短放喷时间,且压控防喷阀安装方便,操作简单,能很好地满足油田高效和环保压裂施工作业的需要。
During the course of dual-packer multi-stage fracturing operation in the horizontal wells, long time fluid discharge is needed in order to avoid the high pressure existed in the wellbore after fracturing to cause theenvironment pollution produced by pulling up the pipe string due to the jet overflow. So the pressure controlled antiblowout valve and its relevant techniques have been developed by means of structure design and theoretical analysis.Indoor tests and field applications showed that the switch of pressure controlled anti-blowout valve was smoothly with reliable sealing performance, and there was no overflow of fracturing fluid or oil when pulling the pipe string upward, whose adjustable pressure range was from 1 to 30 MPa. The repetitive switch of pressure controlled antiblowout valve can achieved through controlling the conventional injection and reverse circulation well flushing to realize the separate layer fracturing and its blowout control in sequence. 45 wells were successfully applied with blowout control technique with the success rate up to 100%, which can shorten the discharge time significantly. The pressure controlled anti-blowout valve is simply installed as well as easily operated, which meet the requirements of fracturing operation with high efficiency and environmental protection.
