摘要

采用生物化学法和细胞毒性实验法对VC葡萄糖苷、VC棕榈酸酯、VC磷酸酯镁、VC磷酸酯钠、VC乙基醚类VC系列衍生物的美白功效进行评价。确定出一个详细的VC衍生物浓度与酪氨酸酶抑制率间的量效关系,并对其进行动力学实验和细胞实验,确定样品的抑制作用为可逆抑制,抑制类型为竞争性抑制。~([1])
The biochemistry and cell toxicity experiment of VC glucoside,VC palmitate,VC magnesium phosphate,VC sodium phosphate,VC ethyl ether type VC derivatives whitening efficacy was evaluated.Determined a does-effect relationshipbetween the concentration and the inhibition rate of VC derivatives.To determine the inhibition effect of the sample was reversible inhibition,and the type of the inhibition was competitive,by kinetic experiment and cell experiment.
