人体综合静电参数测量仪的研究

摘要
正确测试人体静电参数是静电学必不可少的重要内容。本文设计了一种新型人体静电参数的综合测量仪,能够准确测量人体静电电压、对地电容、静电电荷和静电能。研究主要包括人体静电综合测量仪的设计原理、综合测量仪的硬件和软件设计、以及综合测量仪的调试。其中,电压V采用接触式静电测量,对地电容C的测试原理基于RC电路;然后根据Q=CV和W=CV~2/2计算得到其它静电参数。硬件部分包括分压电路,电压跟随器,放大电路,滤波电路,加法电路,反相器及模数转换电路。结果表明,所设计的电路能够满足预期要求,并实现了设备的可视化。
Determining the electrostatic parameters of human body as well as the testing methods is important in the electrostatics.In this paper,a new comprehensive measuring instrument is designed for monitoring the static parameters of human body.The study focuses on the measuring principle,design of the integrated measuring instrument hardware and software,and the system testing.The electrostatic voltage is obtained by contact electrostatic measurement while the body's capacitance is determined by principle of RC circuit,and the other electrostatic parameters are obtained accordingly by Q=CV for electrostatic charge and W=CV~2/2 for electrostatic energy.The hardware component includes a voltage divider circuit,the voltage follower,an amplifier circuit,a filter circuit,an adder circuit,an inverter and the analog-digital conversion circuit.The results show that the present design can meet the expected requirements of equipment and achieve the visualization.
