某车型前围板与前纵梁搭接结构优化设计

摘要
本文针对新车型开发时前围板与前纵梁搭接处在可靠性路试中出现的多处焊点开裂问题,分析了失效原因,提出了改进方案,对不同方案进行了对比分析,确定了最终优化方案,并进行了实车路试验证。结果表明,在前围板及纵梁件搭接处增加补强板,同时合理布置焊点位置,可大幅降低焊点处的应力值,降低开裂风险。
Based on cracking problems of welding spots on the lap joint between dash and front rail during the vehicle reliability test,the failure reasons are analyzed and several improvement solutions are proposed.Based on the comparison of these solutions,final optimization solution is settled and tested in road test.The result show that by adding a reinforcement panel between dash and front rail,and arranging the position of welding point proper,the stress value near them considerably can be reduced.Meanwhile,the cracking risk can also be depressed.This conclusion is proved by road rest and the problems are completely solved.
