转基因食品的是与非

转基因食品近几年成为了中国的第一个热点问题,各种观念争议十分热烈,尤其是文化人崔永元与方舟子的争论将这一话题推向了新高潮。转基因食品研究无可非议,这一研究对于推动生命科学的发展具有重要意义,但转基因食品的安全性问题,尚未经受时间的考验,为保险起见,尚不能作为常规食品使用,要想使转基因食品成为安全食品还有较长的路要走。转基因食品运用现代科学技术,改良生物品种及其制品,食品营养丰富,甚至不用杀虫剂。目前尚无证据证明转基因没有危害,人们担心运用转基因技术会对生物多样性、生态环境和人类健康构成不可预知的危险。据调查,我国消费者普遍对转基因食品听说程度较欧美等国家低,转基因食品了解程度随性别、受教育水平、收入水平、居住城市也存在差异。转基因食品是新兴食品,有必要提高消费者的整体认知水平,开展数据调查,评估消费者的支付意愿。在实际购买中,消费者更加偏向于价格和收入。一直以来,转基因食物的争论不断,应进一步做出关于安全性的调查,使消费者有一个对其合理的评价和期待。
Genetically modified(GM) foods become Chinese first hot issue for nearly two years. A variety of controversial ideas discussing very warm, especially intellectuals and Cui Fang will debate this topic to a new climax.GM food research is beyond reproach, which is to promote the development of life sciences, but the safety issue of genetically modified foods has not been subjected to the test of time. For insurance purposes, it still cannot be used as a conventional food, in order to make genetically modified food a safe food there is a long way to go.It is necessary to improve the overall level of consumer awareness, carrying out the survey data to assess the consumer's willingness to pay. All along, following GM food controversy continued, we should make further investigations regarding security so that consumers will have a reasonable evaluation and expectations.
