Pd-FeOx/C催化丁二酸一步加氢制备1,4-丁二醇

摘要
丁二酸是一种生物基C4平台化合物,其衍生物1,4-丁二醇,γ-丁内酯和四氢呋喃是非常重要的高附加值化学品~1。研究发现,采用简单浸渍法制备的双金属Fe-Pd/C催化剂可以高效催化丁二酸水相加氢制备1,4-丁二醇,γ-丁内酯和四氢呋喃。Fe的加入不仅可以提高催化剂的加氢活性而且可以调控丁二酸的加氢产物分布,促进γ-丁内酯加氢生成1,4,-丁二醇。200℃,5 MPaH_2下反应50 h,1,4-丁二醇的收率可以达到70%以上。表征结果发现Fe的加入在增强催化剂的酸性的同时会使金属颗粒粒径增大,金属Fe与Pd之间存在相互作用。同时,根据实验数据和催化剂表征结果我们也推测了丁二酸加氢的反应路径。
Succinic acid is an important biomass-derived C4 building block and is ready to be converted into various value-added chemicals.Here we report that tunable selectivity for the formation of 1,4-butanediol,γ-butyrolactone and tetrahydrofuran from aqueous succinic acid hydrogenation could be achieved on FeOx-promoted Pd/C catalysts.Fe was found to be an efficient promoter for the succinic acid hydrogenation,which not only improved the activity of the catalysts but also tuned the product distribution.Succinic acid could be transformed into 1,4-butanediol with a yield of over 70%in the presence of Pd-5FeO_x/C catalyst under the relatively mild conditions of 200℃ and 5MPa H_2.The reaction pathway was also proposed according to the reaction and characterization results
