摘要

目的:探讨2005~2015年越秀区法定报告传染病健康危害程度,分析识别我区主要危害健康传染病,为解决我区主要健康问题相关政策的制订和资源的配置提供依据。方法:采集、整合2005~2015年国家法定报告传染病监测数据。采用综合指数法,构建疾病健康危害度指数(HEI),合并疾病发病率和死亡率指标,综合评价疾病健康危害程度。采用描述性统计方法对HEI评价。结果:2005~2015年我区法定报告的传染病HEI前5位的依次为梅毒、肺结核、艾滋病和HIV、病毒性肝炎、手足口病(HEI=0.93、0.88、0.83、0.74、0.72),是我区常见主要健康危害传染病;登革热为周期性虫媒传染病,流行性感冒为周期性呼吸道传染病,在大流行年份是我区健康危害主要传染病。结论:综合指数评价法可作为疾病健康危害程度评价识别的有效方法。当前和未来一段时间我区主要健康危害传染病为梅毒、肺结核、病毒性肝炎、艾滋病和HIV、病毒性肝炎、手足口病、登革热、流行性感冒。
Objective:To investigate the health of the hazards of notifiable infectious diseases Yuexiu District in 2005-2015,analysis to identify the main health hazards of infectious diseases in our region for providing a basis for solving major health problems in our region to develop policies and configuration-related resources.Method:Gathering,integrating nationally notifiable infectious disease surveillance data from 2005 to 2015.To use Comprehensive Index for constructing disease health hazards Index(HEI),combine morbidity and mortality indicators for comprehensive evaluation of health hazards extent of disease and use descriptive statistical methods for evaluation of HEI.Results:The HEI of statutory reporting infectious is in the order of syphilis,tuberculosis,AIDS and HIV,viral hepatitis,HFMD(HEI=0.93、0.88、0.83、0.74、0.72),they are major infectious diseases in our region.Dengue fever is periodic vector-borne diseases and influenza is periodic respiratory infections,ther are the major infectious diseases in a pandemic year.Conclusion:Composite index Evaluation Method can be a effective method of evaluating health hazards extent of disease.Syphilis,tuberculosis,viral hepatitis,AIDS and HIV,viral hepatitis,HFMD,dengue fever,influenza will be the major infectious disease in current and future period of time in our region
