10个樱属种和品种抗寒性研究

摘要
以无锡鼋头渚10个樱属种和品种的一年生枝条为实验材料,进行人工梯度降温,进行抗寒性研究。在持续梯度降温下,种和品种生理指标变化趋势基本一致:相对电导率呈现持续增加趋势,MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量呈现先增加后降低再增加的趋势,SOD活性呈现先增加后降低至稳定的趋势,POD活性呈现先上升后下降再上升再下降的趋势。不同种和品种各生理指标峰值不同,出现的温度也不同。综合各项生理指标,采用模糊数学中隶属度对种和品种抗寒性进行综合评价:迎春樱>‘十月'樱>‘大寒'樱>‘染井吉野'樱>‘冬樱'>‘小彼岸'樱>钟花樱>尾叶樱>‘椿寒'樱>‘河津'樱。
Using the annual branches of 10 Cerasus species and cultivars of Wuxi Yuantouzhu as experimental materials,studied on cold resistance by artificial gradient cooling.Under the condition of the continuous gradient cooling,changes of physiological index of cultivars were basically consistent:relative electical conductivity showed a increasing trend;MDA content,soluble protein contentshowed a trend first increased and then decreased then increased;SOD activity showed a trend first increased and then reduced to a stable,the POD activity showed a trend of increased,reduced and then increased,reduced.The species and cultivars' peak value of physiological indexes were different in the numeber and apperaing temperature.Based on the physiological indexes,the membership grade of fuzzy mathematics was used to evaluate the cold resistance of species and cultivars:C.discoidea > Cerasus × subhirtella ' Autumnalis' > Cerasus × kanzakura ' Oh-kanzakura' > C.yedoensis' Yedoensis' > Cerasus x parvifolia ' Fuyu-zakura' > C.subhirtella > C.campanulata > C.dielsiana > C.pseudocerasus' Introrsa' > Cerasus x kanzakura ' Kawazu-zakura'.
