我国煤粉工业锅炉技术现状及发展趋势

摘要
为提高煤粉工业锅炉燃煤效率,降低污染物排放量,对我国煤粉工业锅炉六大核心技术:煤粉制备与运输、煤粉安定存储技术、浓相煤粉输送技术、煤粉燃烧器、锅炉本体和低排放烟气净化技术进行了详细介绍;指出当前煤粉工业锅炉存在供料不稳、燃尽率低、组织燃烧困难和污染物排放高的问题。最后对保障煤粉工业锅炉安全稳定运行提出了以下建议:为了达到迅速点火和火焰稳定传播的目的,煤粉工业锅炉组织燃烧应采用煤粉浓相着火、稳燃室半煤气化燃烧和炉膛温和燃烧的方式;对于污染物控制,宜采用机械力除尘器和过滤式除尘器联合除尘、分级低氮燃烧耦合SNCR脱硝以及半干法脱硫技术。
in order to improve the coal combustion efficiency of pulverized coal industry boiler,reduce the emission of pollutants,the six core technologies of pulverized coal industrial boiler,including pulverized coal preparation and transportation,pulverized coal stability and storage technology,dense-phase pulverized coal conveying technology,pulverized coal burner,boiler body,low emission flue gas purification technology were introduced in detail.The paper pointed out some problems existed in the operation process,such as unstable feed,low burning rate,combustion difficulties and high emissions.At last,some suggestions were put forward to ensure safety and stale operation of pulverized coal industry boiler.The dense-phase ignition,semi coal gasification combustion in flame stabilizer and mild combustion in the furnace in order to stabilize the combustion and flame spread.As for the pollution controls,it was suitable to adopt dust catcher by mechanical force combined with filter dust separator,as well as fractional low NO_x combustion coupled with SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction) denitration and semi-dry desulfurization technologies.
