摘要

大数据是继物联网、云计算之后信息技术产业又一次颠覆性的技术变革,将引发各领域、各行业生产模式、商业模式、管理模式的变革和创新。将大数据运用到环境管理领域是我国环境管理战略转型的重要举措。环境大数据即把大数据的核心理念和关键技术应用到环境领域,对海量环境数据进行采集、整合、存储、分析与应用等,具有数据规模大、种类多、处理速度快、价值密度低等特征。本文首先介绍了对大数据的认知;其次,详细阐述了环境大数据的定义和内涵;第三,关于目前我国环境管理工作中存在的问题进行了汇总;最后介绍了大数据在环境管理领域的应用。
Big data is the disruptive technological change of information technology industry after Internet of Things、Cloud computing,which will lead to the reform and innovation of industry production mode,business mode,management mode in all respects.Putting the big data into use the field of the environmental management is the important measure of our country environmental management strategic transformation.The environmental big data is applying the core concept of the big data and the key technology in the field of environment,which includes the massive environmental data acquisition,integration,storage,analysis and application and so on,and has the characteristics of large scale of data,many kinds of value,fast processing speed and low density.Firstly,this paper introduced the cognition of big data;Secondly,this paper elaborated the definition and connotation of environment big data in detail;Thirdly,it summarized about the current environmental problems existing in the management work;The last but not least was the introduction of the application of big data in the field of environmental management.
