二氧化碳气嘴的设计与仿真

摘要
二氧化碳对于低渗透油藏的良好驱替特性,在油田二次开发中具有广泛的应用前景;但笼统注入的二氧化碳会沿渗透率高的方向突进,造成气窜,导致油层无法有效动用。若采用分层注入的方法,缺少二氧化碳注入所需的配注嘴,无法实现分层注气。针对上述问题,设计了一种适用于分层注入的多级气嘴串联结构,通过FLUENT软件对二氧化碳在多级气嘴的压力及密度分布进行了分析,并对多级气嘴结构参数对于二氧化碳的节流压差影响进行分析,分析结果对于改进优化气嘴结构提供了理论指导。
Carbon dioxide has good displacement performance in the low permeability reservoirs with a broad application prospects in the secondary development of oilfields. However, the commingled injection of carbon dioxidewould make it flow mainly along the high permeability direction, causing gas channeling and resulting in the poor exploitation of the reservoir. If the separate layer gas injection is adopted, it is lack of the gas nozzle for carbon dioxide injection that cannot realize the separate layer gas injection. In view of the above problems, a multi-stage series structure of gas nozzles has been designed suitable for separate layer injection, and the pressure and density distribution of carbon dioxide in the multi-stage gas nozzle were analyzed by FLUENT software, as well as the influence of nozzle structure parameters on the throttle pressure difference of carbon dioxide. The analysis results have provided the theoretical guidance for improving and optimizing the structure of gas nozzle.
