摘要

随着供给侧改革的进行,中国制造业转型升级是世界经济发展的内在要求和必然趋势。本文基于服务型制造相关理论,提出我国民机制造企业转型方式和途径,构建服务型民机制造生态系统,建议通过价值链延伸,为客户提供全面整体解决方案,提升企业竞争力,可为中国民机制造业的商业模式创新和转型升级提供理论参考。
With the supply side reform,the transformation and upgrade of chinese manufacturing industry is the internal requirement and inevitable tendency of current world economy development.Based on the theory of service oriented manufacturing,this paper presents a transformation way of civil aircraft manufacturing enterprise,and establishes an serviceoriented civil aircraft manufacturing ecosystem which provide total solution for customs and increase the enterprise competitiveness based on the extension of the value chain.This paper provides reference to business model innovation and upgrade of chinese civil aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
