基阵架模态对换能器性能影响

摘要
中高频换能器成阵使用时,基阵架对换能器的声学性能影响不大,当换能器工作频率较低时(如1k Hz以下),多采用弯张换能器作为基元,基阵架尺寸与工作频率的波长相当,对整个换能器阵性能的影响不容忽视。换能器成阵后的性能受换能器边界支撑、互辐射效应以及基阵架自身模态等多方面因素的影响,往往与单个换能器的性能区别很大,基阵架自身模态对声基阵性能有较大影响,通过垂直方向布阵和水平方向布阵进行对比,说明同样布阵条件下,基阵架模态对换能器阵性能影响可达6d B之多,需要在设计时加以重视。
The array frame does not much affect the performance of high or intermediate frequency transducer. When it comes to the low frequency array(lower than 1k Hz), the flextensional transducer is always used as element, and the array frame is comparable to the wavelength of working frequency, so the array frame's effect on the performance of transducer cannot be ignored. The array's performance is different to signal transducer due to the transducer's boundary support, the interaction effect of transducers and the resonant mode of array frame. The resonant mode of array frame has a great influence on the performance of transducer. By comparing the performance of vertical and horizontal arrangement of the same elements, it can be proved the array frame's effect is beyond 6d B and must get more attention in the design of transducer array.
