摘要

本文在回顾土壤调查和监测的基础上,根据2016年5月颁布的《土壤污染防治行动计划》,分析了现行土壤环境质量标准(GB15618-1995)存在的不足。对标准中规定的土壤全消解方法提出了建议。根据国内外污染现状,土壤环境质量标准中的有机污染物种类及限值应适当补充完善。本文还概括论述了土壤有机物污染物前处理方法和分析方法的发展,并对重金属、类金属的分析方法以及采样、制样、前处理空白、干扰判断及消除进行了概述。
On the basis of the review of soil investigation and monitoring actions in china from 1970 s, the deficiencies of the existingsoil environmental quality standard(GB15618-1995) were analyzed, and some suggestions on the soil digestion method were proposedaccording tothe national action plan for soil prevention and remediation issued on May 2016.According to the global soil pollution status,more selected organic pollutants should be added to the soil environment quality standard.This paper also summarized the development ofpretreatment methods and analysis methods on organic pollutants in soil.The analysis method of heavy metal and metalloid including sampling,sample preparation,QC blank, interferenceelimination were also summarized.
