摘要

本文主要从土壤现状、污染情况以及相关的法律法规等方面分析、总结土壤问题,进而强调土壤环境保护与污染防治的重要性。从土壤生态环境保护与污染防治两个方面出发,阐述了可以更好地评价土壤质量的标准,定位我国土壤问题,并分析对比世界土壤状况,进一步阐明我国土壤问题的严峻。针对土壤污染的问题,结合现今处理政策、治理方案,强调了土壤污染的复杂性、修复治理时间长、难度大、耗资巨大等问题,并提出了土壤环境保护和污染防治的方向。
This paper mainly analyzes the status of soil pollution, pollution and related laws and regulations, analysis, summarizes the soil problems, and then emphasizesthe importance of soil environmental protection and pollution control. From the two aspects of soil ecological environment protection, this paper expounds the standard of evaluating soil quality, and more accurate positioning of soil problems in China. And by the comparative analysis of world soil condition, the problem of the serious soil is furtherclarified in china. Aimed at the problem of soil pollution, combined with the current treatment policy, the treatment plan, the much problems of soil pollution are emphasized, which include complexity, remediation long, difficult and costly, and the direction of soil environmental protection and pollution control is put forward.
