一种新型粉末镍基高温合金的热变形行为及其组织演变

摘要
通过热模拟试验机对一种新成分的粉末镍基高温合金在温度为1000~1 100℃,应变速率0.01~1.0s~(-1)进行热压缩实验。利用采集的应力应变数据计算了材料的热变形激活能,构建了材料的本构方程。对变形后的组织进行分析,探究了不同变形参数下组织的演变情况。结果表明,材料的变形组织演化与变性参数关系密切。在低温(1025℃)高应变速率(1.0s~(-1)),材料变形过程出现了绝热剪切带;合金在应变速率为1.0s~(-1)下,在1075℃出现了明显再结晶现象,而在0.01s~(-1)下,在1000℃下合金便出现了再结晶组织,并且再结晶程度随温度升高而增大;在变形温度升高到1100℃时,晶粒发生了较为明显的长大行为。
The hot deformation behaviour of a new powder metallurgy(P/M) nickel-based superalloy has been investigated by isothermal compression under deformation conditions at a temperature range of 1000 to 1100℃ and strain rates from 0.01 to 1.0s~(-1) using a thermal simulator.The deformation activation energy and constitutive equation was established basing on data of true stress-true strain.The effects of deformation condition on microstructure evolution was studied by examined the microstructure after compression.The results showed that the deformation conditions affected strongly the microstructure evolution.The alloy exhibited adiabatic shear band when deformed at high strain rate(1.0s~(-1)) and low temperature(1025℃);while possessed the dynamic recrystallized microstructure at condition of 1075℃/(1.0s~(-1)) and 1000℃/0.01s~(-1),degree of which increased with increasing of temperature.The grain started to grow up obviously when temperature increased to 1100℃.
