长玻纤注射成型工艺制备的聚氨酯复合材料性能研究

摘要
通过长玻纤注射成型工艺(LFI)制备玻纤增强聚氨酯(PU)复合材料,并检测制品的浸润性、力学性能、耐热性能、环保性能和阻燃性能,研究了LFI玻纤切割长度、含量对制品各项性能的影响。结果表明,在本研究基础配方中,玻纤长度为1 cm,玻纤质量分数在50%时制品无缺陷,综合性能最为优异。
Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane(PU) composite was prepared via long fiber injection(LFI) process.The affect of length and content of glass fiber on the performance of wettability,physical properties,thermo-stability,emission,flammability were studied.Results showed that overall performance was optimized when the glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite was prepared without structural defects,and the glass fiber length was 1cm as well as glass fiber content was 50%.
