PANI/RGO复合涂层对Q235碳钢腐蚀性能的影响

摘要
采用滴涂的方法,在Q235碳钢表面制备了PANI/RGO的复合涂层,并通过电化学阻抗法研究了该复合涂层的耐微生物腐蚀性能。结果表明:覆盖有PANI/RGO涂层的碳钢表面比对照组的点蚀现象明显减少,且表面生物膜及腐蚀产物少。PANI/RGO的涂层对Q235碳钢的微生物腐蚀具有一定的抑制作用。
In this experiment,the PANI/RGO composite coating is prepared on the Q235 carbon steel surface by dispensing,and the corrosion resistance of the composite coating is studied by EIS.It shows that corrosive pitting on the surface of the carbon steel with composite coating are far less than those control groups,and the biofilm and the corrosion products on it are very Uittle.So the PANI/RGO composite coating has much more corrosion resistance for Q235 carbon steel.
