有机复配缓蚀剂对钢筋缓蚀性能的研究

摘要
通过半电池电位和线性极化测量技术,在混凝土模拟液中研究了6种复配缓蚀剂对钢筋腐蚀的缓蚀效果,进而利用干/湿循环方法,在混凝土试块中探讨了复配缓蚀剂对钢筋防护的可能性。结果表明:无论混凝土模拟液中,还是干湿循环条件下,添加缓蚀剂后,钢筋腐蚀电流密度显著降低,耐蚀性增强,钢筋开始锈蚀时间明显延长。其中2号缓蚀剂对钢筋腐蚀具有最好缓蚀效果。
Inhibition effect of some organic composite inhibitors on the steel rebar corrosion in simulated concrete solution containing 1.5%NaCl were investigated using the half cell corrosion potential and linear polarization techniques,as well as wet-dry cycles method was used to explore the possibility of protection for steel rebar inside concrete structure by the composite inhibitors,results indicate that after the addition of inhibitors,the corrosion current density of steel rebar either immersed in simulated solution containing 1.5%NaCl or inside mortar specimens was markedly reduced,the corrosion resistance of steel rebar was enhanced and initial time of steel rebar corrosion was effectively delayed.The best inhibition was obtained in the presence of the 2~# inhibitor.
