钢板锈层转化技术的研究

摘要
研究了基于磷化技术的钢铁转锈处理溶液。在传统磷化配方的基础上引入SO(螯合剂)和GA(酰胺类)两个组分物质,通过它们与基体金属的作用,从而保证提高磷化膜的耐蚀性能。设计了系统的含磷化转锈膜层涂装试样耐蚀性能的表征方法,包括硫酸铜点滴法,直流线性极化法和交流阻抗(EIS)。结果表明:GA和SO的引入,对改善磷化转锈膜层的耐蚀性均有一定的效果,相对而言,GA对磷化膜的耐蚀性提高最为有效,而SO对提高涂层与磷化膜层的综合耐蚀性能的作用明显,这一差别的原因可能与不同组分与基体金属的作用机理有关。
To research two kinds of the rust conversion agents based on the b-onderizing treated.To addite the SO and GA material in the traditional ph-osphor solution,The corrosion property was investigate by the direct polariz-e technology,electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS),the bluestone drop method and 3.5%salt water immerge.The results showed that the corrosion resistant were increased by the solution which addite the SO or GA material,The GA could improved the anti-corrosion of the phosphor films but the SO could improve the anti- corrosion of 3.5%salt water immerge.The reason maybe due to the difference function mechanisms between the GA and SO.
