ICP-AES法与KMNO_4氧化-二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定水中总的对比分析

摘要
应用ICP-AES法以及KMNO4氧化-二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定了不同类型水样中总的含量,两种方法测定的线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限均为0.005mg/L,RSD值均小于4.7%,测得的加标回收率在96.9%-102.3%之间,结果表明,两种方法均能够满足地表水以及工业废水中总的测定。通过配对t检验确认了2种方法差异无统计学意义,但ICP-AES法简便快捷实用,自动化程度高,人为误差小,建议推广使用。
The total chromium in different type of water was detected by ICP-AES method and purple salt oxidize,1,5-diphenylcarbohdrazide spectrophotometric method, The two methods' result showed that the linearly dependent coefficient were all greater than 0.999,the detection limit were both 0.005mg/L,and the RSD was less than 4.7%,the recovery was from 96.9% to 102.3%.so,it can be applied to the determination of total chromium in surface water and industrial waste water. There was no significant difference between the two methods by paired t test, however, ICP-AES method is simple, rapid and practical, with high automation degree and small human error, we suggested use it.
