摘要
采用KH570/CTAB复配改性MoS2,并将改性MoS2与不同用量的PVC和橡胶进行共混,制备MoS2/PVC/橡胶复合材料,并研究了其力学性能和耐磨性能。结果表明,随着PVC用量的增加,NBR/PVC/MoS2和CNBR/PVC/MoS2复合材料的力学性能不断提高,SBR/PVC/MoS2复合材料的力学性能保持不变或略有下降;MoS2/PVC/橡胶复合材料的摩擦因数和阿克隆磨耗均不断降低。
The molybdenum disulfide was organically modified by KH570/CTAB compound modifier,and the MoS2/PVC/Rubber composites was prepared by adding MoS2 and different amount of PVC,and physical mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites were studied.The results showed that physical mechanical properties of NBR/PVC/MoS2 composite and CNBR/PVC/MoS2 composite were improved continuously,but physical mechanical properties of SBR/PVC/MoS2 composite remain constanted or decreased slightly with the increase of the amount of PVC.The friction coefficient and the Akron abrasion of Rubber/PVC/MoS2 composites decreased with the increase of the amount of PVC.
