摘要
目前国家和行业未制定专门的矿井突出危险性评估规程规范,为了规范和提高评估工作的可操作性,通过工程实例,总结矿井突出危险性评估以煤层瓦斯压力、瓦斯放散初速度、坚固性系数和破坏类型为预测指标时,进行煤层瓦斯参数分析与确定的方法。在对矿井勘探阶段和邻近矿井的煤层瓦斯参数进行可靠性分析与修正后,优先采用勘探阶段测定的煤层瓦斯参数,然后参照邻近矿井同一煤层实测瓦斯数据或按层间距就近原则参照本矿井邻近煤层的瓦斯数据进行取值。
Mine outburst hazard assessment standards has not been set in our countries and industry. In order to standardize and improve the operability of assessment work, through engineering examples,analysis and determine the coal seam gas parameters, meanwhile to sum up mine outburst dangerous evaluation with coal seam gas pressure, gas radiation initial velocity, sturdiness coefficient and damage types as predictors. In the mine exploration phase and the adjacent mines coal seam gas parameters of reliability analysis and revised, coal seam gas parameters has been preferred in determination of exploration stage. Then reference to neighboring mine gas data at the actual measurement, or to this mine adjacent coal seam gas data values according to the layer spacing nearby principle.
