摘要
现代高职院校发展离不开高素质的教师队伍,教师绩效管理又是培育高素质教师队伍的一个重要方面,如何创新科学的绩效管理办法,有效推进高职院校持续发展,是院校管理层面临的一个重要问题。本文基于高职院校发展现状和教师职业特点,通过对现行高职院校绩效管理弊端进行深入剖析,探索出一条解决教师绩效管理问题的柔性化改革之路,为我国高职院校教师绩效管理改革献计献策。
The development of modern higher vocational colleges can not be separated from high-quality teachers. Teacher performance management is an important aspect of cultivating high-quality teachers. How to innovate scientific performance management methods to effectively promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges is an important issue facing the management level of colleges. Based on the current situation of Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of teachers' profession, this paper deeply analyses the disadvantages of performance management in Higher Vocational colleges, explores a flexible reform way to solve the problem of teacher performance management, and provides suggestions for the reform of teacher performance management in Higher Vocational Colleges in China. Flexibility of performance management in higher vocational colleges is a new way of reform, which has an important judgment on the reform of education system. Teachers' performance management has many ways and means. Today we find a flexible management strategy. This paper will discuss this flexible management.
