女性主义心理咨询视域下的社会性别同一性困境——1例女大学生自我成长个案

摘要
社会性别是社会、历史和语言等文化建构的产物,女性的性别角色建构受到性别文化的普遍性影响,也在个体微观生态系统中呈现出独特的成长路径。本文通过一例发生在高校心理咨询室中的女大学生咨询案例,主要运用女性主义心理治疗理论,分析了该案主抑郁焦虑情绪背后的社会性别同一性的困境,展示了咨询师运用整合式咨询方式协助其社会性别同一性发展的成长过程,最后强调了心理咨询师对社会性别文化的敏感度与胜任力能够更好地建立疗愈性的咨访关系,达成心理咨询目标。
Gender is the product of cultural construction related with society, history, language and so forth. The process of the construction of female gender identification is not only influenced by the universal impact of gender culture but also presents a unique growth path in the micro-ecosystem of each individual. Through a counseling case of a female student from a college counseling center, this article mainly applies the feminist psychotherapy theory on the conceptualization of the predicament of gender identification under the symptoms of depression and anxiety of the client, demonstrates that how the counselor assists the client with the development of gender identification by using integrative counseling techniques, and, lastly, emphasizes that the sensitivity and competency of the gender culture of the counselor can better establish a therapeutic relationship to achieve the goal of psychological counseling.
