摘要

市政行业的发展对城市建设起到了极大的推动作用,随着城市化进程的不断加快,市政行业经历了蓬勃发展,无论在建造手段还是在企业管理等方面都已经较为成熟。但是,市政行业相关的精细化造价管理技术水平也逐渐成为制约其高速发展的一个瓶颈。市政工程造价BIM技术也应运而生,旨在协助市政工程造价全过程管理。本文阐述了BIM技术在市政工程造价管理各阶段的应用,并列举了一个实际的应用案例。
        The development of the municipal industry has greatly promoted urban construction. With the accelerating urbanization process, the municipal industry has experienced vigorous development, and it has matured in terms of construction methods and enterprise management. However, the level of fine-grained cost management technology related to the municipal industry has gradually become a bottleneck restricting its rapid development. The municipal engineering cost BIM technology also came into being, aiming to assist in the whole process cost management of municipal engineering. This paper describes the application of BIM technology in various stages of municipal engineering cost management, and lists a practical application case.
