摘要
主要研究关于再生铝炉前精炼方式的技术方案。研究的目的在于设计出一种基于再生铝炉前精炼的自动精炼机,拟解决原有人工精炼除气方式中存在的工人操作环境恶劣、操作随意性大、产品质量参差不齐等问题。通过对炉前精炼除气方式的分析,利用机械与电气相结合的方式,实现了改善工人操作环境、规范操作方式、降低员工作业随意性和提高产品质量的好处,因此具有重大的意义。目前该再生铝炉前自动精炼机已经通过测试,并成功应用于再生铝炉前精炼除气的生产中,对再生铝的炉前精炼除气生产提供了非常大的帮助。
        The technical scheme of the prefurnace refining method of regenerated aluminum was studied. The purpose of this research is to design an automatic refining machine based on the former refining of recycled aluminum, which is intended to solve the problems of poor working environment,loose operation and uneven product quality existing in the original manual refining degassing method. Through the analysis of the degassing method of pre-furnace refining, the advantages of improving the operating environment of workers, standardizing the operating mode, reducing the arbitrariness of employees and improving the quality of products are realized by combining the mechanical and electrical methods, so it is of great significance. At present, the automatic refiner has passed the test and been successfully applied in the production of degassing in the prefurnace refining of regenerated aluminum, which provides great help to the production of degassing in the prefurnace refining of regenerated aluminum.
