摘要

近年来,关于农业多功能性和多功能农业的理论探索和实践探索日益活跃。河南农业多功能性发展大致经历了功能单一阶段、功能扩展阶段和功能完善阶段。河南农业多功能性虽然在一定程度上得到了发挥,但农业的各种功能尚有较大潜力可挖。河南应在重塑农业产业体系各环节间的互动、完善财政支持政策、建立多样化的农业发展基金、突出非耕地农业发展、整合区域间农业发展战略、壮大农业关联产业群等方面采取有效措施,促进农业多功能性发展。
        In recent years, the theoretical and practical explorations on agricultural multifunctionality and multifunctional agriculture have become increasingly active. The development of agricultural multifunctionality in Henan has experienced three stages: single function, expanded function and perfect function. Although the agricultural multifunctionality of Henan has been brought into play to a certain extent, the various functions of agriculture have great potential to be tapped. Henan should take effective measures in reshaping the interaction among various links of the agricultural industry system, improving financial support policies, establishing diversified agricultural development funds, highlighting the development of non-arable agriculture,integrating inter-regional agricultural development strategies, and expanding agriculture-related industrial clusters, so as to promote the agricultural multifunctionality development.
