摘要
基于大数据背景,分析企业人力资源绩效管理创新,提出管理创新的策略,共享给相关人员参考。从管理实践情况来说,大数据的有效应用,对推动企业人力资源管理朝向数据驱动型管理模式转变,提高人力资源价值,增强企业的核心竞争力,起到了积极的作用,具有推广应用价值。现结合具体研究,进行如下分析。
based on the background of big data, this paper analyzes the innovation of human resource performance management,puts forward the strategy of management innovation,and shares it to relevant personnel for reference. In terms of management practice,the effective application of big data has played a positive role in promoting the transformation of enterprise human resources management to data-driven management model,improving the value of human resources,and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. It has a positive role and has a value of promotion and application. The following analysis is carried out in combination with specific research.
