摘要

本文基于"互联网+"背景,通过阐释高校档案信息化建设的基本内涵,分析当前档案信息化建设存在的主要问题,并从建设档案信息资源系统、搭建信息管理服务平台、加强档案工作团队建设、健全安全保障机制等四个维度,提出高校档案信息化建设的有效路径,旨在加快高校档案信息化发展进程,提高档案管理工作的水平。
        Based on the background of "Internet + ",through the interpretation of the basic connotation of the archives information construction,analyzing the main problems of archives information construction,and from the construction of archives information resources service system,set up information management platform,to strengthen the construction of archives work team,perfect security mechanism such as four dimensions,and puts forward the effective path of university archives information construction,to speed up the college archives informatization development process,improve the level of file management.
