摘要
大应用观是针对应用型本科院校普遍囿于狭隘的"应用观"、传统的"职业观"和局限的"文化观"等现状,创新提出的一种基于认识论与价值论相统一的哲学层面的人才培养新理念。大应用观强调应用型人才培养应以系统化知识体系为基础,以优异的专业技能为根本,以强烈的职业操守、科学精神、社会公德为保障,实现理论与实践的融通,全面提高应用型人才知识、能力与素质。从方法论、价值论、认识论三个视角分析厘清大应用观逻辑起点,并以"五个统一"确立其实现路径,达成强化学生基于综合应用的实践创新能力、基于现实工程的职业拓展能力、基于全面发展的核心素养提升能力、基于专业文化的专业内驱发展能力的人才培养目标。
Aiming at the current situation that application-oriented institutes are limited by the narrow"view of application", the traditional"view of occupation"and the limited"cultural view", grand views of application, philosophical application views, are creatively put forward on the basis of the unity of epistemology and value theory. Grand views of application center on such dimensions as applied talents' knowledge, ability and quality, and emphasize that talent training should be based on a systematic knowledge system of disciplines, with skilled professional skills as its manifestation, good scientific spirit, professional conduct, social morality as implicit,with the integration of metaphysics and physics, theory and practice. It is the application with innovative and creative ability. From the three perspectives of methodology, axiology and epistemology, this paper analyzes and clarifies the logical starting point of grand views of application, and takes"five unity"as its realization path in order to realize the goal of talent cultivation which strengthen students' practical innovation ability based on comprehensive application, professional development ability based on realistic engineering, ability to enhance core literacy based on comprehensive development, development ability of professional internal drive based on professional culture.
