颈椎前路手术中使用神经电生理监测的手术护理研究

摘要
目的研究颈椎前路手术中使用神经电生理监测的手术护理效果。方法选取2017年4月～2019年4月本院收治的62例颈椎病手术患者,将其分成观察组与对照组,各31例。两组均采取颈椎前路手术治疗及术中使用神经电生理监测,同时观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,并对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、依从性、满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、手术时间、并发症均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎前路手术中采取优质护理干预,可有效提高神经电生理监测效果,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study the effect of surgical nursing using neurophysiological monitoring in anterior cervical surgery.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,62 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases each.Both groups were treated with anterior cervical surgery and intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitoring.At the same time,the observation group was given high-quality nursing,while control group was given routine nursing,and the nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,compliance and satisfaction in observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05),the bleeding volume,operation time and complications in observation group were less than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention in anterior cervical surgery can effectively improve the effect of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
